DBCO-PEG-Amine

This series of heterobifunctional PEG reagents, including DBCO-PEG-Amine and Amino-PEG-DBCO, combines a DBCO group for copper-free click chemistry with azides and a primary amine for covalent attachment to carboxyl groups or other reactive sites. The amine group enables direct amidation or further functionalization, while the DBCO allows rapid cycloaddition without copper catalysts. These reagents are particularly suitable for sensitive biological applications such as live-cell labeling and in vivo bioconjugation.
