DBCO-PEG-Maleimide

This series of heterobifunctional PEG reagents, including DBCO-PEG-Maleimide and the DBCO-PEG-Maleimide Linker, combines a DBCO group for copper-free click chemistry with azides and a maleimide for site-specific conjugation with thiols. The maleimide enables stable thioether bond formation under mild conditions, while the DBCO allows rapid cycloaddition without copper catalysts. These reagents are ideal for constructing stable bioconjugates in sensitive biological systems, such as antibody-drug conjugates and protein–protein assemblies.
