Azido-PEG-Amine
Azido-PEG-Amine is a heterobifunctional PEG reagent, also known as Amino-PEG-azide, combining an azide group for click chemistry conjugation and a primary amine for covalent attachment to carboxyl groups or other reactive sites. The amine group enables direct amidation or further functionalization, while the azide allows efficient cycloaddition with alkynes. Azido-PEG-Amine reagents are widely used in bioconjugation, polymer synthesis, and nanomaterial functionalization.
