The DSPE-PEG-DBCO series, also known as DSPE-PEG-Dibenzocyclooctyne, incorporates a DSPE lipid anchor with a DBCO group for copper-free click chemistry. The DBCO group enables rapid cycloaddition with azide-functionalized molecules without copper catalysts. DSPE-PEG-DBCO is well suited for sensitive biological applications, including live-cell labeling and in vivo conjugation.
