Methyltetrazine-Phenylacetic Acid

Methyltetrazine-Phenylacetic Acid is a bioorthogonal click chemistry reagent combining a methyltetrazine group with a phenylacetic acid linker.  The methyltetrazine enables rapid inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder reactions with strained alkenes/alkynes, while the phenylacetic acid provides a stable aromatic spacer for conjugation.  Methyltetrazine-Phenylacetic Acid is particularly suitable for fast, catalyst-free biomolecular labeling in live-cell imaging and pretargeted applications.
