DBCO-PEG-DSPE

This series of functionalized lipids, including DSPE-PEG-Dibenzocyclooctyne and DBCO-PEG-DSPE, combines a DBCO group for copper-free click chemistry with azides and a DSPE (1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine) lipid anchor for stable membrane incorporation. The DBCO enables efficient conjugation with azide-modified biomolecules under physiological conditions, while the DSPE moiety facilitates insertion into lipid bilayers and liposomal surfaces.
