DAG-PEGs
DAG-PEGs are a specialized class of amphiphilic linkers employed in nanocarrier surface engineering and stimuli-responsive hydrogel systems, leveraging their dual-functional structure comprising a diacylglycerol (DAG) membrane anchor and a hydrophilic PEG chain. Representative compounds such as HO-PEG₄₅-DAG demonstrate tunable hydrophilicity and enhanced biocompatibility, though their self-assembly stability and performance are highly dependent on PEG chain length and DAG saturation.
