The carboxylic acid in Lipoamido-PEG-Acid enables amide bond formation with amine-containing molecules under standard activation conditions. Lipoamido-PEG-Acid is particularly suitable for constructing redox-responsive delivery systems, functionalized liposomes, and biomaterials requiring reversible disulfide linkage.
